Our last two days saw us hiking almost 18 miles and losing 4000 feet in elevation. We are back to normal people altitude and civilization again.
Our journey continues in the Himalayas. This is our hike on Day 11 up Chukhung Ri which has a gorgeous panoramic view including the north face of Ama Dablam.
When we woke up on Day 9, our mindset had already shifted from strenuous climbing to leisure descending.
Our toughest day on this trek. It was a bit scary at times. I am thankful to have gone through it safely and get to blog about the experience.
The two days following our resting day in Namche Bazaar, we climbed almost 15 miles and gained over 7,000 ft in elevation. In Day 4, we pushed ourselves further going from Dole to Gokyo in one day.
